Shipping Policy

We aim to process all orders within 3-5 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes a further 4–8 business days depending on your location. We use a courier network that selects the best available carrier for your delivery, rather than a single fixed courier.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by visiting our Track My Order page.

We aren't responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs for overseas orders, or events outside our control.
