Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the item physically arrives back to us within 30 days of your delivery date, unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition. Return shipping is paid by you. This form must be completed in full, including your return tracking number, before your request can be reviewed — we verify the actual dispatch and delivery dates against the courier's own tracking history, not the dates written on this form.

4. Return Shipping

Change-of-mind returns are shipped at your own cost, and the item must physically arrive back to us within 30 days of the delivery date you gave above — not the date you say you posted it. We check the courier's own tracking history against the number you provide below, so make sure it's accurate. You need to have already posted the item and have a tracking number before submitting this form — requests submitted without tracking details cannot be processed.
